Meals at Northern Edge
Cooking at the Edge focuses on balancing globally far-flung tastes with provincially produced foods. While seasonal menus are inspired by flavours from afar, the Edge prepare meals with ingredients raised closer to home. Some food ingredients come from their garden, but most come from local gardens and Ontario farms, including a local organic meat provider. The opposite of “Fast Food,” to the Edge is S.L.O.W., which means Sustainable, Local, Organic and Wholesome. The Edge endeavours to provide a 100 mile diet while always doing their best to deliver food that will be remembered and treasured. The Edge provides colourful & delicious meals that satisfy the needs of our wide variety of guests, including those with dietary restrictions.
