The Golf Performance Reset: Your Secret Weapon on the Course

6 min read

You stretch before a round. Maybe you hit the range. But when was the last time you deliberately improved your thoracic rotation, addressed the hip restriction limiting your backswing, or trained your nervous system to stay calm on the 18th tee?

The Muskoka Golf Performance Reset brings targeted mobility, breathwork, and mental clarity training to your cottage — designed specifically for golfers who want to play better, recover faster, and stay injury-free throughout the season.

What It Covers

60 minutes of golf-specific mobility targets the four areas that matter most to your swing: thoracic rotation (power and consistency), hip mobility (stability through the downswing), shoulder stability (injury prevention), and balance (control on uneven lies). Every movement is selected for direct transfer to the course.

20 minutes of focus and mental clarity training teaches guided breathwork and visualization techniques used by touring professionals. Learn to manage the inner monologue, recover from bad shots faster, and access the calm focus that separates good rounds from great ones.

15 minutes of nervous system regulation gives you tools to reduce performance anxiety, manage first-tee pressure, and recover between rounds during multi-day golf weekends.

Who It's For

Cottage golf groups who play 36+ holes a weekend. Executive golf retreats. Competitive club golfers who take their game seriously. Anyone who's experienced that frustrating gap between how well they hit it on the range and how they score on the course — which is almost always a nervous system issue, not a swing issue.

“We played our best round all weekend after the mobility session. My playing partner gained 15 yards off the tee. We're booking again for the August trip.”— Golf Group, Port Carling

Format Options

The standard session is 1.5 hours at your cottage or rental. We also offer a Pre-Round Activation format (abbreviated, morning of your round) and a Post-Round Recovery format (focused on release, restoration, and next-day readiness). Pricing varies by group size from $500–$850 + HST.
