A balanced practice of flowing postures linked together with the breath. Move, feel, and empower your entire body while gently guiding your mind into a meditative mood. Active beginners welcome.

A series of powerfully aligned sequences designed to strengthen and lengthen your body and mind. Best suited to those with Yoga experience.
HATHA
Gently flow between classical postures in this class taught with attention on physical alignment, the breath, and how both benefit the body and mind. Welcome to yoga beginners.
